- Consignment is transported at Owner’s Risk, Management will not be responsible for any loss that may occur due to delay, damage, theft, robbery, fire accident or any other reason beyond our control.
- Any amount paid as Octroi, Sales Tax or other Govt. Taxes will be collected from receiving party.
- Prohibited articles/contrabands are not allowed.
- This agreement does not create any right which is covered under any carrier act. Transfer of goods act for the time being in force at the time of dispute.

For any loss, Agency shall not be responsible for any amount exceeding
- Rs. 500/- of the loss in total
- Rs. 50/kg or Rs. 500/- whichever is less
- Extra charge of 20% of Transportation charges will be charged per day if the goods are not collected within 6 days of arrival.
- Management will not be responsible if goods are not collected within 15 days of arrival.
- In case of any legal action jurisdiction will be in Seoni (M.P)
